Most of our products—especially thrifted shoes—are limited-stock or one-piece items.

Once sold, the same item may not be restocked. While we strive to keep inventory accurate, in rare cases an item may become unavailable after an order is placed. In such situations, we reserve the right to cancel the order and either issue a refund or offer an alternative product.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. An order is considered confirmed only after our team verifies product availability and prepares it for dispatch.

All prices displayed on our website are final and non-negotiable.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice due to availability, market conditions, or operational costs. By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including applicable shipping charges.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 3–4 business days across Pakistan. We ship using trusted courier services such as Trax and Leopards Courier Service.

Tracking details are added to your order page and sent via email after dispatch. HiFy Store is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or public holidays.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We do not normally accept returns; however, exchanges are allowed under specific conditions.

• Return requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

• Exchange requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Any price difference must be settled accordingly, and customers are responsible for both-way shipping charges on exchanges. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

Thrifted items may show minor signs of wear, which are clearly visible in the product images. By purchasing thrifted products, you acknowledge and accept their condition as described.

We ensure every product is carefully inspected and accurately photographed before dispatch.
