At HiFy Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not encourage returns. However, we do offer exchanges, and in certain approved cases, returns may be allowed. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. General Policy
Most of our products—including thrifted shoes, new footwear, jewellery, accessories, and apparel—are limited-stock, one-piece, or specially curated items. For this reason, returns are not normally accepted.
However, exchanges are allowed, and in special circumstances, a return may be approved at the sole discretion of the HiFy Store team.
2. Return Request Timeframe

Any return request must be made within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery.

Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
3. Exchange Request Timeframe

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

Requests received after 48 hours will be declined.

This timeframe is strictly followed to maintain product quality and hygiene standards.
4. Price Difference in Exchanges

If the exchanged item has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference.

If the exchanged item has a lower price, the remaining balance will be refunded via bank transfer or wallet, as applicable.
5. Exchange Process
All exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The process is as follows:

Contact us on WhatsApp to request exchange approval.

Once approved, we will share the return shipping address.

Ship the item back using your preferred courier service.

Our team will inspect the returned item upon arrival.

After successful inspection, the replacement item will be dispatched.
Please note: Shipping charges for both sending and receiving the product must be paid by the customer.
6. Conditions for Approval
To be eligible for an exchange or return:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

No perfume, stains, dirt, scratches, or damage should be present

All tags, boxes, accessories, and add-ons (if included) must be returned

Items that fail inspection will be sent back to the customer, and no exchange will be processed
7. Special Case Returns
In rare cases—such as receiving an incorrect item or a product that does not match the listing images—we may allow a return instead of an exchange.

Such cases must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Clear photos and videos must be provided

Each case is reviewed individually by our team before approval
8. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Used or worn shoes

Items reported after the allowed timeframe

Customized or altered products

Socks, innerwear, or hygiene-related items

Items damaged by the customer after delivery
